Koumalu's Terms Of Service and conditions

  • Clients Must Be 18+ and agree to my T.O.S: By commissioning me, you confirm that you are 18+ years of age, and have read and agree to my Terms Of Service.

  • Services: I will provide video editing services for video gaming content, vtubing content, gaming highlights, and video touch ups, refer to my Portfolio for my style.

  • Payment: I will require a full payment through paypal before I begin to work on your video, Please send me your paypal info through one of the mentioned means of contacting me AFTER discussing commision details. All Prices will be stated in USD

  • - Alternatively You Can Find Me At https://vgen.co/koumalu which will handle all of the payment options as necessary.

  • Finished Product details: Pricing and Turnaround times can be found in the pricing tab, but upon completion, you will receive your finished video, with 2 small free revisions.

  • Client Expectations: You will be responsible for giving me clear instructions, necessary footage, assets, and timely communication throughout the process so I can ensure the best quality service possible. Scrubbing through footage is an extra fee that can be avoided by providing clips, or time stamps of streams.

  • Liability: All content will remain strictly confidential between the client and myself unless otherwise stated BY the client. All rights and ownership of the finished, and edited content will completely remain with the client, however, I reserve the rights to use excerpts and clips from finished products for promotional purposes.

  • Please: Do remember to credit me somewhere in the finished work, or posted location.

Pricing and Communication

Regular Rates (You provide Footage)

  • 1 short = $12 USD - On Average 3-4 days to complete, comes with Subtitles

  • One minute of video = $12 USD, For example a 5 minute video will cost 60 dollars, etc etc, Completion on average 1-2 weeks,

  • Subtitles go at a rate of 5 dollars for 5 minutes for content that does not include shorts.

  • If you have any deadlines, prices are negotiable, but I will accommodate as best as I can, and as long as I am made aware early, we can discuss and negotiate the feasibility.

Extra Info

  • For Every 1 hour of footage, I have to look through, I will add $5 USD to the total price

  • Revisions are free for the first 2, during the video editing process. Extra revisions are $5 USD per.

  • Shorts can be bought in bulk's of up to 5, and prices are subject to change accordingly.
